Care Manager Lead

Coburg Banks Technical Careers is a well-established, privately owned domiciliary care provider with an Outstanding CQC rating. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Care Manager Lead to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are offering a competitive salary of up to £32,000 per annum, plus on-call allowance for a Care Manager Lead role that requires exceptional leadership and management skills.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Group Registered Manager with day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include staff management, business development, compliance, safeguarding, training, and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality person-centred care
- Manage the service and its resources effectively, economically, and efficiently
- Nurture and mentor the staff team
- Support business development and growth
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Care Coordinator or Field Care Supervisor in domiciliary care
- Knowledge of regulatory and statutory requirements, including CQC, health & safety, and local authority requirements
- Level 3 in Health and Social Care leadership and management
- Excellent people management and leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
