Healthcare Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nights Support Assistant to join our team at Cranley Gardens, a 6 bed epilepsy specialist care provider for adults with complex needs.
This role is perfect for individuals who want to make a positive impact in the lives of our service users and contribute to a supportive and inclusive work environment.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be working on a rota basis, every other weekend, supporting our clients with daily activities, administering medication (if required), and providing personal care.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the client feels safe and stable within their day-to-day care.
Requirements- Strong organisational, time management, planning and communication skills.
- Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working.
- Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.
- Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
- Estimated salary: £11.81 per hour.
- 25 days plus bank holidays.
