We'd like you to join us as a Nightcare Assistant at our Cranley Gardens service based in Wallington.

Cranley Gardens is a specialist care provider with 6 beds, supporting adults with epilepsy and other complex needs. We're dedicated to helping every person feel safe, happy, empowered, and living their best life possible.

What you'll be working:

• On a rota basis
• Every other weekend
• Hourly Rate £11.81
• The role is for waking Nights

As a Nightcare Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

Supporting daily activities to ensure our clients lead fulfilling lives.

Implementing care plans to establish routines that promote stability and well-being.

Ensuring client safety through careful observation and prompt intervention when needed.

Providing personal care, including assistance with medication administration if required.

Supporting clients with physical disabilities using trained techniques and aids, such as hoists, wheelchairs, and modified bathing equipment.

You'll be an ideal candidate if you possess:

Strong organisational, time management, planning, and communication skills.

A flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working.

Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.

Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.

Self-confidence and ability to manage challenging situations.
