Job Title: Front Office ManagerJob Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Front Office Manager to join our team. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Front of House team and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Front of House team and provide coaching and development opportunities
  • Ensure seamless guest experiences through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Work closely with the Duty Managers and other hotel teams to achieve maximum occupancy and revenue
  • Manage departmental budgets and ensure compliance with hotel policies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, colleagues, and suppliers
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Front Office or hospitality management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including days, nights, and weekends
  • Experience with property management systems, such as Micros Fidelio Opera
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
