About the Role: We are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join our team, providing individualized support to students. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting students with academic tasks, emotional well-being, and social interactions. They will also work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure that students receive the best possible support.

Key Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of this role include working with individual pupils, groups, or whole classes, communicating effectively with parents/carers and external agencies, and contributing to the development of the school's policies and procedures related to student support. The successful candidate will also be expected to participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.

What We Offer: Coppice offers a competitive salary of £24,404.00 - £25,183.00 Annually (Actual) and the opportunity to work in a supportive learning and working environment.
