Frailty Support Worker

We are recruiting a dedicated Frailty Support Worker to join our team at Diamond Care Homes Group - Langdales Care home. This part-time position involves working with elderly frail residents living with dementia, providing them with the necessary support and care to enhance their quality of life.
The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging residents in various activities, such as arts and crafts, music therapy, and outdoor activities, while maintaining a safe and respectful environment. A patient and empathetic approach is essential in this role, as you will be working with individuals who require additional support.
We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, recognizing the value of this role in promoting resident well-being and dignity. If you possess excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work independently, we encourage you to apply.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting residents in daily activities, such as personal care and mobility assistance
- Engaging residents in recreational and creative activities
