We are looking for a skilled Family Lawyer to take on the role of Knowledge Development Lawyer with MRA Search. As a key member of our Family team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a central precedent bank, focusing on nuptial agreements, and leading on precedent automation. You will also establish a Knowledge Hub on SharePoint, ensuring all resources are accessible and shared across relevant practice groups.

Key aspects of the job include providing technical legal guidance to fee earners, capturing and sharing knowledge to promote consistency and reduce duplication. You will chair monthly know-how meetings, set agendas, liaise with speakers, and design training programs to support professional development at all levels. Additionally, you will monitor and evaluate legal tech solutions to improve efficiencies within the Family group and assist with client-focused thought leadership, business development activities, and support the production of knowledge-based social media content.

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
