**Job Summary**

BCL Legal is seeking a skilled Construction Law Expert to join their construction team as a Knowledge Development Lawyer. In this role, you will be responsible for driving knowledge management initiatives and shaping the firm's construction practice.

**Responsibilities**

- Develop and maintain knowledge resources for the construction practice, including standard precedents, templates, and guidance notes.
- Stay up-to-date with legal and regulatory developments in the construction industry and share knowledge with the team.
- Deliver training programs and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and promote best practices among fee earners.
- Provide expert legal research and technical support to fee earners on complex construction law matters.

**Requirements**

- A qualified solicitor or barrister with at least 5 years' PQE in non-contentious construction law.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and experience with drafting and negotiating construction-related agreements.
- Proven experience in knowledge management, PSL, or a similar role.
- Excellent research, drafting, and communication skills.
