Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to students, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Engage students in sessions, using a range of medical, therapeutic, holistic, and nutritional support strategies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Manage challenging situations with resilience, emotional intelligence, and adaptability.
- Conduct personal care tasks, as required.
- At least 6 months of recent experience in support work or a similar setting.
- Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship).
- Willingness to undergo DBS and reference checks.
- Ability to drive and access to a vehicle.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Weekly pay and paid PAYE (no umbrella companies, ensuring you accrue holiday pay and no hidden fees).
- 24/7 contact with Brook Street Social Care.
