Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Engage students in sessions, using a range of medical, therapeutic, holistic, and nutritional support strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Manage challenging situations with resilience, emotional intelligence, and adaptability.
  • Conduct personal care tasks, as required.
Requirements
  • At least 6 months of recent experience in support work or a similar setting.
  • Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship).
  • Willingness to undergo DBS and reference checks.
  • Ability to drive and access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
