Randstad Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Adult Services.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with varying needs, including dementia, respite, and personal care.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing, reviewing, and monitoring support and care plans
• Monitoring and reporting to senior staff on the effectiveness of support delivery
• Providing personal care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience as a Support Worker, preferably in Adult Services
• Registration with Social Care Wales
• An enhanced DBS on the update service
• A minimum of 6 months' experience as a Support Worker in the UK

This is a temporary position with shifts allocated on a weekly basis, depending on your availability. Pay will be on a weekly basis.
