Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker in Adult Services.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to elderly residents in care homes, including those with dementia, respite, and personal care needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing, reviewing, and monitoring support and care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Providing personal care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
• Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of support delivery to senior staff.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Experience as a Support Worker, preferably in a care home setting.
• Personal care experience is preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility with working hours and a willingness to work as part of a team.

We offer a temporary position with shifts allocated on a weekly basis, depending on your availability. Pay will be on a weekly basis.
