Senior Associate/Salaried Partner – Commercial Litigation – Manchester

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate or Salaried Partner to join our Commercial Litigation team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of commercial disputes work, including contract disputes, director and shareholder disputes, breach of covenant and warranty claims, professional negligence, banking, defamation, fraud, procurement, and partnership for a variety of commercial and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Independent conduct of files and supervision of more junior colleagues
- Handling a wide range of commercial disputes work, including contract disputes, director and shareholder disputes, breach of covenant and warranty claims, professional negligence, banking, defamation, fraud, procurement, and partnership
- Developing and maintaining a portfolio of commercial clients and contacts
- Participating in business development activities and contributing to the growth of our commercial team
- Proven experience in commercial litigation, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
