We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate or salaried partner to join our Commercial Litigation team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of commercial disputes work, including contract disputes, director and shareholder disputes, and professional negligence claims.
About the Role
As a Senior Associate or salaried partner, you will have independent conduct of files and will be responsible for the supervision of more junior colleagues. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on commercial litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a wide range of commercial disputes work, including contract disputes, director and shareholder disputes, and professional negligence claims.
- Supervise more junior colleagues and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on commercial litigation matters.
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of commercial clients and contacts.
- Contribute to business development activities and play a full part as a member of a supportive team.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced commercial litigation lawyer who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a strong academic background and a proven track record of success in commercial litigation. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
