About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate/Salaried Partner to join our esteemed Commercial Litigation team in Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a diverse range of dispute resolution matters, including contract disputes, director and shareholder disputes, breach of covenant and warranty claims, professional negligence, banking, defamation, fraud, procurement, and partnership issues for a varied clientele from the UK and overseas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independent management of cases and overseeing junior colleagues
  • Active participation in business development activities, including building and maintaining a portfolio of commercial clients and contacts
  • Proactive and flexible team player capable of prioritising multiple projects effectively
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality service to clients with a proactive and forward-planning approach
  • Excellent academic achievement and initiative, pragmatism, common sense, and strong client skills
