Your New Role
This EL/PL Lawyer position will see you handle your own caseload of pre- and post-litigated fast-track EL cases from inception to completion. Over time, you will gain experience of multi-track EL/PL cases, developing your expertise in personal injury litigation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own litigated caseload of EL/PL claims from inception to completion
- Develop and implement effective case strategies to achieve successful outcomes
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices in personal injury litigation
- Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law affecting EL/PL claims
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should be a qualified solicitor/CILEx with previous experience managing your own litigated caseload of EL/PL claims. Non-qualified applicants may also be considered. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a tenacious and driven approach to achieving successful outcomes.
