An esteemed hospital based in South Ayrshire offers an exciting opportunity for committed Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to provide high-quality care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorders.
As a nurse in this respected healthcare provider, you will have the chance to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your skills and expertise. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of the Adult Support and Protection (Scotland) Act 2007.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional patient care, assessing individual needs and developing personalized care plans.
- Contribute to interdisciplinary team efforts, monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed.
- Lead shifts and mentor student nurses, supporting colleagues within the team to achieve shared goals.
- Competitive Annual Salary: £31,900 per annum, reflecting the local cost of living.
- 25 days' annual leave (increasing with length of service to a maximum of 30) plus bank holidays.
