Ward Manager | Mental Health Rehabilitation

Full Time Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Ward Manager to join our multidisciplinary team in a specialist rehabilitation service for male patients with mental health concerns. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of recovery and ensuring the highest standards of effective and safe care for patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement care plans that promote patient recovery and well-being.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed.

Requirements

  • Valid NMC registration as a RMN or RNLD nurse.
  • Clear DBS.
