We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our Community Mental Health Team in Walsall North. As a Band 8a Senior Clinical/Counselling Psychologist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality psychological therapies to working-age adults with complex mental health needs.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and deliver complex formulations, offer supervision, consultancy, reflective practice groups, and training to colleagues.
- Work closely with a variety of mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Contribute to the development of the service and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Supervise and support junior staff members in their professional development.

Person Specification- Doctorate or Masters Level in Clinical/Counselling Psychology.
- HCPC registration as Practitioner Psychologist.
- Post-graduate doctoral level training.
- Experience of working with mental health clients.
- Experience of multidisciplinary team working.
