We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical/Counselling Psychologist to join our Community Mental Health Team in Walsall North. As a Band 8a Senior Clinical/Counselling Psychologist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality psychological therapies to working-age adults with complex mental health needs.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and deliver complex formulations, supervision, consultancy, reflective practice groups, and training to colleagues.
- Work closely with the Community Mental Health Team to provide therapy to individuals with Complex PTSD and/or personality disorder.
- Contribute to the development of the service, including the design and delivery of training programs and the development of policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals to provide a comprehensive and integrated service.

Person Specification- Doctorate or Masters Level in Clinical/Counselling Psychology
- HCPC registration as Practitioner Psychologist
- Post grad doctoral level training
- Experience of working with mental health clients
- Experience of MDT working
