About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Priory, a leading provider of adult care services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the needs of our residents are met.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • RGN qualified and NMC registered.
  • Previous experience in older peoples care is desirable but not essential.
  • Caring and compassionate with an excellent clinical track record.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people.
  • Excellent organization and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Flexible, professional, and committed to being the best.
