Job Opportunity for a Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at a purpose-built care home in Swansea, Wales. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
  • Deputize for the Unit Manager and Deputy in their absence, managing staffing and clinical needs as required
  • Support and supervise care staff, providing guidance and training as needed

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in older people's care, although not essential
  • Caring and compassionate with an excellent clinical track record
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people
  • Excellent organization and leadership skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Flexibility, professionalism, and commitment to excellence
  • Quality-driven with a desire to continually improve yourself and our services
  • Ability to speak Welsh, although not essential
