Job Title: Registered Nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a reputable care home in Swansea, Wales. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to work in our purpose-built care home. The successful candidate will have a current active NMC Pin and a passion for delivering outstanding care to older people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage resident care plans, promoting a professional working environment and ensuring a high standard of care.
  • Communicate effectively with the clinical team, ensuring all CPA and risk assessment documentation is up to date.
  • Deputise in the absence of the Unit Manager and their Deputy, managing staffing and clinical needs as required.
  • Support and supervise care staff or new recruits.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Previous older peoples care experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Caring and compassionate with an excellent clinical track record.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding care to older people.
  • Excellent organisation and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Flexible, professional, and committed to being the best.
  • Quality driven with a desire to continually improve yourself and our services.
  • Ability to speak Welsh would be desirable but not essential.
