Job Title: Senior Commercial Manager

At 4Recruitment Services, we are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial management, with a focus on contract management and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysing and managing risk, including assessing revenue opportunity vs cost and risk
  • Managing the commercial viability of variations
  • Negotiations for multiple disciplines, including supplier negotiations and subcontractor flow-downs
  • Base knowledge of contract law and its application in services and construction
  • Assisting in modelling and testing contractual KPIs and payment mechanisms
  • Sound financial acumen, with extensive understanding of financial modelling, contract pricing, and differing pricing models
  • Producing reports and summaries to articulate key matters for a senior and/or non-commercial audience
  • Supporting in defining, driving, and overseeing commercial and contract governance
  • Ensuring full commercial governance for all subcontractors and suppliers
  • Managing CVR (Cost/Value reports) reporting for projects and core services TFM works
  • Supporting the identification, management, and mitigation of risks at all levels associated with bidding new contracts

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Educated to degree level, or appropriate equivalent experience
  • Demonstrating a background of effective commercial and supply chain development and management within a regulated environment
  • Extensive change control experience within FM or construction-based contracts
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in integrated facilities management or construction-related contracts
  • Experience within NEC forms, MSA bespoke terms, and CCS (Crown Commercial Services)
  • Strong client and customer focus
