Job Description

MBDA UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Command and Control (C2) systems development. As Head of C2 Systems and Training, you will be responsible for driving the development of our C2 products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of C2 systems and products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Develop and implement systems engineering and management strategies to drive C2 product development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and requirements, and ensure our C2 products meet those needs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to develop and deliver C2 systems.
  • Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure our C2 products are effectively marketed and sold to customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in systems engineering and management, with a focus on C2 systems development.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience with C2 systems development, including systems design, development, and testing.
