Job Title: Head of Command and Control System

MBDA is seeking an experienced professional to lead the development of our Command and Control (C2) system. As Head of C2 System, you will be responsible for the development of a C2 product and its integration onto customer platforms.

About the Role:
  • Lead a team of systems engineers responsible for requirements analysis, co-design of the C2 with software, hardware, human factors, and algorithms engineering disciplines.
  • Develop and implement a proving plan and generate compliance evidence leading to certification of the product.
  • Work on a flagship programme backed by significant investment from our customers, and technology built on huge research investment by MBDA.
  • Interact with all areas of the company to see the full product development lifecycle.

  • Excellent stakeholder engagement.
  • Systems design/systems engineering experience in complex systems development.
  • Experience across the product development lifecycle.
  • Applied experience of work package management and people management.
