Job Title: Head of Management Training

Electus Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Head of Management Training. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for our management team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive individual with a mind-set for product line development and systems thinking. The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and experience in systems design and systems engineering. Additionally, you should have experience across the product development lifecycle and applied experience of work package management and people management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement training programs for the management team
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions
  3. Design and deliver training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer
  4. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  5. Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proactive approach with a mind-set for product line development and systems thinking
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in systems design and systems engineering
  • Experience across the product development lifecycle
  • Applied experience of work package management and people management
What We Offer:
