Brand Director Role
The Property Franchise Group is a leading estate agency franchising group in the UK, specialising in residential lettings, property sales, and property-related financial services. With over 18 brands, 1900 locations, and 65 international franchises, the company is a major player in the industry.
Position Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join The Property Franchise Group as a Brand Director for one of our esteemed brands. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth and success within the franchise businesses.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership
• Foster strong relationships with the franchise network through regular meetings and communication.
• Train and align the Operations Team to the strategies of internal departments, ensuring clear understanding and execution of those strategies and plans.
2. Business Development and Growth
• Execute the Annual Business Review with all franchisees and monitor regular Business Review Meetings to deliver on individual franchisee growth plans.
• Develop and implement strategies for market penetration of third-party suppliers to drive revenue growth.
• Oversee the execution of the franchise agreement in terms of induction, training, and mentoring.
• Implement operational best practices to optimise processes and productivity.
3. Financial Management
• Manage financial performance and budgetary planning to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Monitor key financial metrics for success and implement corrective actions where required.
4. Talent Development
• Provide training, mentorship, and coaching to enhance the team's skills and performance.
• Build your team's capability and develop succession planning for your team.
5. Communication and Collaboration
• Report monthly to the Group MD on activities, achievements, and results versus budget.
• Foster a dynamic work culture within the Operations Team that nurtures achievement and teamwork.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to empower team members to achieve budgeted growth.
Qualifications
• Strong understanding and operational experience of estate agency.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Senior Role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Commitment to people, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

• 6 Figure package available for the right candidate.

• 23 days holiday plus birthday leave, increasing with length of service
• Bonus Structure
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to £100,000.00 per year
