About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned estate agent to join our team as a Nested Area Partner in Grantham. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a local strategy, marketing tactics, and sales approach. You'll have the autonomy to grow your own estate agency business, with the support of our marketing professionals.

As a Nested Area Partner, you'll be empowered to run your own local advertising campaigns, leveraging our brand, products, and services to drive results. You'll work closely with our marketing team to develop a tailored approach that meets the unique needs of your area.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in residential property sales, with a proven track record of success

  • Strong social media skills and enthusiasm for building your personal brand
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
