The Role

We're seeking a seasoned estate agent to join our team as a Nested Area Partner in Grantham. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a local strategy, marketing tactics, and sales approach. This is a unique opportunity to grow your own estate agency business in a supportive and innovative environment.

You'll have the autonomy to prospect, canvass, value, and negotiate properties, all while being backed by Nested's marketing support. Our team will provide you with the tools and resources you need to succeed, including a customer-centric approach, market-leading technology, and hands-on training.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of top industry experience in residential property sales, valuation, and customer service.
  • A clear understanding of marketing budgets, lead generation, and local market trends.
  • Alignment with the Nested brand values and a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong social media skills and enthusiasm for building your personal brand.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
