Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Programme Support Officer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic programme delivery environment, working closely with our customers and colleagues to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities- Support the planning and delivery of programmes, activities and events that meet the needs of our customers;
- Contribute to the development of new programme ideas and initiatives;
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives;
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required;
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends;
- Basic IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Please note that PVG membership is required for this role.
