About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IFA administrator to join our team at Finlink Ltd. As an IFA administrator, you will be working closely with our office manager and financial planners to provide an efficient, high-quality, and compliant service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing new business and ensuring all documentation is compliant
  • Communicating with clients and providers
  • Assisting with research and basic reports
  • Updating and maintaining back-office systems accurately
