About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Operating Department Practitioner to join our team at Fulwood Hall Hospital. As a key member of our Theatre department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a safe and effective working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of safe and effective patient care in the Theatre department.
- Collaborate with the Theatre team to develop and implement strategies for improving patient outcomes and reducing risks.
- Monitor and report on quality and safety metrics to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
- ODP level 3 qualification.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant clinical standards and regulations.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Sound computer skills and knowledge.
- Registered member with the HCPC.
