Bank Operating Department Practitioner/Theatres Staff Nurse – Fulwood Hall Hospital

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and positive individual to join our Theatre department as an Operating Department Practitioner/Theatres Staff Nurse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and quality of care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in driving sustainable excellence in the safety and quality of care and services.
- Support the Quality agenda by monitoring achievements against required standards, identifying risks to quality of care and services, and planning, recommending, and implementing changes for continuous improvement.
- Develop excellent working relationships with staff members, consultants, and key stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the Theatre team to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
Requirements:
- Oncology Department Practitioner level 3
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant clinical standards
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Sound computer skills and knowledge
- A registered member with the HCPC
