Environmental Sustainability Specialist
This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on UNISON's environmental sustainability efforts. Starting salary - £49,278 per annum plus £6,652 London Weighting Allowance.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in environmental sustainability, ESG management, and change management. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a sustainable development strategy, ensuring that ESG considerations are integrated into the union's operations, and collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to ensure cohesive delivery and messaging on sustainability.

Key responsibilities include:

* Developing a sustainable development strategy that embeds ESG considerations into the way the union works;
* Collaborating with Regional Secretaries, Senior Managers, and other departments to ensure that sustainability initiatives are aligned with organisational priorities;
* Ensuring that the union's operations are consistent with ESG principles and practices;
* Providing guidance and support to colleagues on ESG-related matters.
