Reporting directly to the Procurement Manager, you will drive organizational change by embedding ESG considerations into our operations, leveraging your expertise in change management theory and practical application.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement tailored change management plans to achieve ESG goals.
  • Collaborate with departments to integrate ESG principles into procurement processes and policies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver comprehensive sustainability strategies.

What You'll Need:
  • Strong understanding of ESG management theories and their practical application.
  • Proven experience in change management, particularly in driving organizational transformation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
