Mason Blake is a leading global asset manager looking to recruit an ESG Sustainability Specialist to join its Responsible Investment team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues.

  • The successful candidate will produce thought pieces and blogs on a diverse range of sustainability topics such as climate change, waste management, human rights, and diversity.
  • They will support the marketing and client teams in dealing with ad-hoc requests on ESG topics.
  • The ideal candidate will build effective relationships with key stakeholders across regions and asset classes to enable integration of ESG factors into the investment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ESG strategies and recommendations for clients.
  • Conduct research and analysis on ESG topics.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate ESG factors into the investment process.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of $85,000 - $115,000 per annum depending on experience.
