**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking a passionate advocate for sustainability, ESG, and net-zero initiatives to join our client as an ESG Sustainability Specialist. Located in London or Surrey, this role offers a hybrid working arrangement and a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.

We are expanding our team and looking for talented individuals like you to drive sustainable ESG change and make a lasting impact. As an ESG Sustainability Specialist, you will consult with board members and senior management to assess and document ESG aspects in companies, mapping their journey to net-zero and sustainability excellence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in environmental or social or governance aspects within the sustainability field. If you have the full suite of ESG experience, that's advantageous. Your genuine passion for net-zero initiatives is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with board members and senior management to assess and document ESG aspects in companies.
  • Prepare impactful ESG Impact Reports that communicate progress and strategies to stakeholders.
  • Calculate carbon footprints, guide clients on offsetting, and develop comprehensive carbon reduction plans.
  • Devise sustainability policies, CSR strategies, and sustainability frameworks.
  • Evaluate ESG performance and provide tailored recommendations to achieve net-zero and ESG targets.
  • Engage with the supply chain to promote sustainability best practices.
