About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our team at Sky. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for tracking, communicating, and supporting decisions around our weekly trading performance across all products and channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consolidate weekly trading numbers across the UK business
  • Contribute to the weekly UK exec trading cycle, including the production of the trading pack, MD pre-meet, and modeling potential growth trends
  • Ensure compliance with Comcast audit standards across all trading reporting
  • Assist with key trading projects, including Anaplan development and data/reporting tool implementation
  • Provide concise and insightful analysis, serving as an expert in customer and product growth metrics
  • Remove inefficiency and duplication in reporting, automating processes where possible using the latest tools and collaborating with the data and insights team
Requirements
  • Highly numerate and analytical, with excellent communication skills to present findings in written, PowerPoint, spreadsheet, and verbal formats to senior partners
  • Experience in fast-paced work environments with large and complex data, delivering quick decision-making that is commercial
  • Solid understanding of key financial performance indicators and their application in decision-making and recommendations
  • Self-starter able to identify trends, issues, and challenges, with a proactive attitude to tackle issues head-on and respond positively to change and/or ambiguity
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with large/sophisticated data sets in Excel, perform trend analysis, and draw conclusions and make recommendations
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to work comfortably with incomplete information
  • Credible and able to present work up to Lead and Head of Trading Performance, with excellent presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Tireless and results-driven mentality, with a positive mindset and ability to continually critique and optimize performance
  • End-to-end understanding, with the ability to work across silos to ensure a clear view of the business across all areas within Trading
