Legal Secretary

The ideal candidate will be a highly organised person with excellent administration skills, able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires a strong understanding of the key requirements for a Legal Secretary, including providing seamless legal services to clients, supporting a team of lawyers and secretaries, and managing communication with internal and external contacts.
Key responsibilities include creating invoices and credit notes, completing monthly expenses, sending client receipts, and carrying out audits on lawyers' files to ensure compliance with AML and SRA regulations.
The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to perform well under pressure, and demonstrate a calm approach in challenging situations.

The office will be a busy and dynamic environment, and the successful candidate will need to be able to manage their workload effectively and prioritize tasks accordingly.
