About the Role

As a Dining Room Porter Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team to deliver exceptional service to our guests. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about food, working in a fast-paced service environment, and has a keen eye for detail.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is up to £11.44 per hour, plus a share of cash and card tips (circa £3500 per annum). You will also enjoy flexible shift patterns, 25% off food for you and up to 6 guests, 25% off hotel accommodation, bespoke training programmes, wage streaming services, service awards, birthday gifts, and refer a friend incentives.

Job Description

Your main responsibilities will include kitchen preparation and cleaning tasks, as well as supporting the team with administrative duties. We are looking for someone who is a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.

Requirements and Qualifications

Whilst experience is not required, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills. You will be required to have a passion for food, a great team spirit, and be ready to learn in both kitchen prep and cleaning.
