Job Title: Mobile Fabric Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Fabric Engineer to join our team at VINCI Facilities. As a Mobile Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking building fabric and plumbing maintenance works, including PPM servicing and reactive breakdown repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake building fabric and plumbing maintenance works, including PPM servicing and reactive breakdown repairs
  • Responsible for minor plumbing repairs, such as sink flow checks, taps, and toilets
  • Support with basic electrical and HVAC services, including emergency lighting, lamp/ballast changes, and AC filter changes

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven track record in general maintenance and basic plumbing and carpentry experience
  • Understanding of most fabric trades
  • Multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • UK driver's license with no more than 6 points
  • Experience of using a handheld device (PDA)
