Engineering Manager

Tecrec are currently recruiting for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to work on a portfolio of commercial contracts across South London.

Our client is one of the UK's oldest independent building contractors.

Trading for over 200 years, the business has evolved from a small specialist contractor into a medium-sized, multi-discipline contractor with an annual turnover of over £30m.

The company has three main workstreams: Building, Mechanical & Electrical and Maintenance.

  • As a Mobile Fabric Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites across South London.
  • You will be working across one client's portfolio of commercial sites.
  • Completion of PPM works to schedule in the most proactive and efficient way possible.
  • The ideal candidate must have good all-round building services knowledge and previous experience of managing a team within FM.
