About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Customer Advisor to join our team at JCT600 in Lincoln. As a Sales Customer Advisor, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional sales and customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction is simple, transparent, and tailored to individual customer needs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, built on trust, empathy, and a deep understanding of their requirements.
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, ensuring clear, accurate, and branded messaging.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental objectives, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all vehicles are handed over to customers at the agreed time and in the condition specified, adhering to internal procedures and brand standards.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, striving to deliver service above expectations and continuously improve the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- A can-do attitude, with a winning mentality and drive to succeed.
- Exceptional customer-facing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex situations professionally and successfully.
- A valid driving license, free from excessive penalties.
