Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Group Protection and Health Benefits Advisor to join our team at Successionwealth. This role involves working closely with policy providers, processing new business applications, and tracking them to completion. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in Group Protection and/or Health & Wellbeing, and Group Pensions.

Duties:
  • Liaise with policy providers for policy details, obtaining policy illustrations, and processing new business applications.
  • Process Group Protection and Health & Wellbeing renewals, carry out market reviews, and arrange Group Pension annual review meetings.
  • Prepare documentation, client recommendation reports, and annual review correspondence.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Employee Benefits Administration.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel packages.
Compensation Package:
  • An estimated annual salary of £40,000 - £50,000, depending on experience.
