We are seeking a skilled Cost Control Specialist to join our team at Gleeson Homes. In this role, you will be responsible for actively managing build and infrastructure costs, cash flows, cost movements, and variations at site and plot levels. You will also work closely with the Assistant QS, assisting with their development and ensuring they are working in accordance with Group policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the financial implications of methods and sequences of build, as well as proficiency in COINS and MS Excel packages. They should also possess strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to positively influence others to ensure all commercial budgets, policies, and standards are respected and managed.
