We are a child-centred company committed to transforming support for vulnerable young people in the UK. Our mission is to raise the standard of educational support offered to young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.

This role involves engaging with us as a tutor, to provide short-term engagements as and when they arise. You will work through a contract for service and will be paid via PAYE.

As a **Flexible Teacher**, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of learning needs, in a creative and trauma-informed manner, to raise engagement and drastically improve the outlook of their educational journey.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND
  • Support young people with SEMH, MLD, SLD, and other Additional Educational Needs
  • Deliver flexible and holistic trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring
Requirements:
  • Professional Teaching Qualifications (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Minimum 2 years teaching experience
  • Experience working with young people with SEND and SEMH
  • Enhanced DBS and safeguarding knowledge
  • Two professional references
  • Right to work in the UK
