Teaching Assistant for SEND Students

We are working with an outstanding specialist school in Southam that supports pupils with ASD.
This role is ideal for a teaching professional who wants to contribute to the delivery of exciting lessons and participate in achieving results.
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Learning Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- SUPPORTING TEACHERS IN DELIVERING LESSONS AND ACHIEVING RESULTS
- WORKING ONE-TO-ONE WITH STUDENTS WHO REQUIRE ADDITIONAL SUPPORT
- DELIVERING GROUP WORKSHOPS TO PROMOTE SOCIAL SKILLS AND BEHAVIOURAL MANAGEMENT
