About the RoleAs a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with experienced teachers to deliver engaging lessons and provide individualized support to students. Your contributions will help achieve academic and personal goals.
Responsibilities- Supporting teachers in classroom settings
- Developing and implementing lesson plans with minimal supervision
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance student outcomes
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A degree in Education or a related field (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working with students with special needs, particularly Autism
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
