About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with Autism in a Redditch school. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification and extensive experience working with children on a one-to-one basis, particularly in SEN settings.

The responsibilities of this role include:
  1. Assisting the pupil with accessing the curriculum and staying on task
  2. Providing emotional support and encouragement to help the pupil overcome behavioral challenges
  3. Collaborating with the SENCO, leadership team, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  4. Maintaining accurate records of the pupil's progress and achievements through IEP completion
