HR Advisor

As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will provide expert guidance and support to our site-based employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Your role will involve delivering day-to-day HR operations, including employee engagement, employee relations, and change management initiatives. You will work closely with our HR Manager to develop and implement site-wide HR strategies, driving business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR expertise and support to employees and management teams
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and operational excellence
  • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Support change management initiatives, including redundancy and restructuring
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop and implement site-wide HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • CIPD Qualified (desirable)
  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role, with a focus on operational excellence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
